• VPS & Dedicated Servers
• Domain Registration & DNS Services
• Website & Server Management
• WhatsApp Business Messaging Services (via Meta-approved BSPs)

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during signup.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility
• Yeolix is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Yeolix services for:

• Illegal activities
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent messaging
• Malware, hacking, or DDoS attacks
• WhatsApp policy violations
• Sending WhatsApp messages without user opt-in

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. WhatsApp Business Platform Terms

• Yeolix provides WhatsApp services via Meta-approved Business Solution Providers (BSPs)
• Messages must be sent only to users who have explicitly opted-in
• All WhatsApp usage must comply with Meta & WhatsApp policies
• Yeolix does not guarantee WhatsApp number approval or message delivery
• WhatsApp service availability depends on Meta and BSP infrastructure

6. Payments & Billing

• All services are prepaid unless stated otherwise
• Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly mentioned
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7. Service Availability

• We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
• Yeolix is not liable for losses due to downtime or data loss

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of Yeolix services is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

9. Termination

• Suspend or terminate services for policy violations
• Terminate accounts involved in abuse or illegal use
• Refuse service at its sole discretion

10. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Third-party service failures (including Meta / WhatsApp)

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
