collected by Yeolix India LLP (“Yeolix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) in compliance with
Meta (Facebook & WhatsApp) Platform requirements and applicable data protection laws.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all users of Yeolix services, including:
- Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Server, and Domain services
- Website & Server Management services
- WhatsApp Business Messaging services via Meta-approved BSPs
2. Data Eligible for Deletion
Users may request deletion of the following data:
- Personal details (name, email, phone number)
- Account information and service records
- WhatsApp phone numbers linked to our platform
- WhatsApp messaging metadata (timestamps, delivery status)
- Support tickets and communication records
Note: Message content is not stored permanently and is retained only as required
for service delivery and compliance.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their data by any of the following methods:
- Email us at info@yeolix.com with subject: “User Data Deletion Request”
- Submit a support ticket from your client dashboard
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Associated phone number or WhatsApp number (if applicable)
- Service or account details
4. Verification Process
For security reasons, Yeolix may verify your identity before processing the deletion request
to prevent unauthorized access or data loss.
5. Deletion Timeline
Once verified, data deletion requests are processed within:
- 7–30 business days depending on the service type
- WhatsApp-related data as per Meta & BSP retention policies
6. Exceptions
Certain data may be retained if required for:
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Billing, tax, or accounting obligations
- Fraud prevention or dispute resolution
7. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance
Yeolix complies with Meta Platform Policies. Users may also manage WhatsApp permissions
through Meta account settings where applicable.
8. Account Termination
Requesting data deletion may result in permanent account termination and loss of access
to Yeolix services.
